STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Police say a driver ran away from the scene of a three-car collision Friday night in Port Richmond. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on Post Avenue near its intersection with Cortlandt Street and Jewett Avenue, a spokesman from the office of the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information said.
