Fit & Fresh celebrated its grand opening in Youngsville on Friday, October 25. The company provides prepared meals ready to heat and eat with an emphasis on whole foods like brown rice, vegetables, and fresh beef and chicken. This is the third Acadiana location for Fit & Fresh and the first in south Lafayette Parish.
