UNDATED (WKRC) – A Goodwill location in Ohio has gone viral after it was caught selling a seat cover in a Halloween costume aisle. A TikToker posted a video Wednesday, which appears to show a seat cover on a clear plastic hanger at the end of an aisle full of Halloween costumes.
