California kicks off early in-person voting

(KRON) – Early in-person voting began Saturday in 29 counties across California, including Santa Clara County, where voters can now cast ballots at 26 different locations. Each ballot is double- or even triple-checked to ensure the signature matches the voter’s and to identify any errors or blemishes. The voter tabulation machines can process approximately 100,000 ballots a day, while Santa Clara County has just over one million registered voters.
