Preamble: My Opinion; is what is happening to my family personally, I endeavor in writing from firsthand experience and the ill-treatment and the deprivation of my family rights at the foremost ‘leader’ of the El Paso Police Department. The significance of any of my opinions comes directly from my observations and experience dealing with this prejudiced department. The current formalities of terminating an officer for speaking out against the El Paso Police Department or talking to any media resources, whether friends or family, is another way to stop any officer from complaining about any wrongdoings internally and externally. My “transparency” is through my experiences that will be printed resources documenting what is currently happening with the Pacillas establishment of policing.

Imagine being on a beautiful beach breathing in the sea air, feeling the soft white sand between your toes, the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline seagulls gliding in the air in the distance. This was my dream when I traveled to Brisbane, Australia back in February 2024. An experience worth living even if the high-rise buildings cast shadows on the shoreline, but the energy and the soothing effects of being on the beach are nothing more than amazing!
