Orange County, FL – A 41-year-old man from Kissimmee was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on October 26, 2024. The fatal incident took place at approximately 3:14 a.m. on Orange Blossom Trail, just south of Taft Vineland Road, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

The man was driving a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder northbound on Orange Blossom Trail in the inside lane. According to investigators, he lost control of the vehicle and struck the concrete center median. In an attempt to correct his path, the driver veered sharply to the right, causing the SUV to leave the road and collide with a curb and a light pole. The force of the impact caused the Pathfinder to overturn, eventually coming to rest upside down.

Tragically, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP confirmed he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. As of the latest report, his next of kin has not yet been notified.
