A sigh of relief washed over Gwinnett County as the police department reported the safe location of Jessica Hall, the 23-year-old woman from Duluth who had gone missing nearly a week ago. Hall had last been seen on Pleasant Hill Road on October 20, 2024, and was reported missing by a friend the following day.
