Missing 20-Year-Old Chloe Cooper Found Safe After Leaving Home Voluntarily

The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office announced that 20-year-old Chloe Cooper, who was reported missing by her family, has been located and is safe.

According to officials, Cooper left her home “of her own will.” Investigators traced her whereabouts on Oct, 24 at approximately 2:15 p.m. and are currently working with local law enforcement to ensure her well-being.

Chloe’s family had expressed deep concern over her sudden disappearance. Her mother, Paulette Morgan, described her daughter as introverted and said the family had no prior reason to believe she would leave without notice.

“This is something that is not like her at all. It’s totally not her character,” Morgan emphasized, highlighting Chloe’s small social circle and quiet nature.

On the day she went missing, Chloe told her mother she planned to take a trip to Atlanta alone for a movie and some relaxation. Her stepfather, Frederick Morgan, recalled seeing her leave in a white sedan, which he believed was an Uber.

“My dog barked, and I saw her when I looked out the window,” he said.
