LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Pets had a chance to get into the Halloween spirit at the second annual Howl-O-Ween event Friday night. Hosted at the Off Leash Dog Bar, owners dressed their dogs up to compete for the top prize in a costume contest, while enjoying food, drinks and the creative outfits of other dogs.
