PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 60-year-old Portland man was arrested Saturday for multiple bank robberies in the Portland area, according to police. According to the Portland Police Bureau, Lance G. Fluker faces charges for at least four bank robberies over the last week while armed with a knife or a machete.
