Bloomington police are looking into a rare case of cattle theft. A woman from St. Paul is said to have taken a ram from a farm in the area. In a YouTube video, Police Chief Booker Hodges says that on October 9, his officers were called to a call near Kelley Farm, which is one of the few fields left in the city, because people had seen a couple walking a dog and a sheep. It turned out that the sheep was a ram.
