CHERRY VALLEY, Ill. (WIFR) – We are just five days away from Halloween and there is no shortage of fall festivities for families and Cherry Valley celebrates in a special way. Hundreds of kids walked in a parade through State St. dressed in diverse and creative costumes, this is part of an event that’s been a village tradition for more than two decades.
