CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Around 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2024, Albemarle County Fire Rescue responded to a fire at Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard. Fire crews arrived within minutes, finding smoke coming from the attic and a mulch fire outside. They were able to put out both fires by 1:21 p.m. Two staff members inside safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported.
