Man hospitalized after being stabbed by fiancée in Brooklyn Park

A man was hospitalized after his fiancée repeatedly stabbed him in Brooklyn Park Saturday morning.

Brooklyn Park Police Department says officers responded to a report of a stabbing on the 7400 block of 72nd Avenue North at around 6:45 a.m.

At the scene, officers found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He reported that his fiancée had attacked him before fleeing on foot.

The victim was hospitalized and is expected to make a full recovery, according to the alert.

The suspect was arrested following a search by BPPD and other law enforcement agencies.
