New ‘Art and Craft’ school planned for shuttered Napa County school site

Backers of an academy for art and agriculture would like to open at the south Napa campus that once housed the Carneros Elementary and Stone Bridge schools. Named the Arrowhead School of Art & Craft, the project is described as “a multifunctional property for artists and the community to convene,” said Andrea Saenz, the newly hired executive director.
