Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb Shows Signs of Life as 49ers Lead Narrows

As the game approaches its final stretch, the Dallas Cowboys found some offensive momentum, cutting into the San Francisco 49ers’ lead with a key touchdown drive. … and then another, with CeeDee Lamb the two-TD hero – and suddenly Dallas is down just 30-24.

Down 27-10 as they entered the fourth quarter, the Cowboys put together a much-needed scoring drive, capped by a seven-yard touchdown pass from Dak Prescott to wide receiver CeeDee Lamb. The score brings Dallas within 10 points of San Francisco, making it a 27-17 contest with 7:58 left in the game.

Dallas took possession at their own 30-yard line, facing immediate pressure. A defensive pass interference penalty granted the Cowboys a critical first down near midfield after an incomplete third-down pass. Prescott seized the opportunity, finding wide receiver KaVontae Turpin on fourth down, who advanced the ball to the 49ers’ 29-yard line with a 16-yard reception. With the drive in full swing, Prescott targeted Lamb for a 15-yard completion, setting up first-and-goal at San Francisco’s five-yard line. Prescott connected with Lamb again two plays later for the touchdown that brought Dallas back into contention.
