GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office have been at a scene on Florida Avenue since early Sunday morning.
According to the sheriff’s office, at around 8:30 a.m., Greenville County Communications received a 911 call from a domestic violence victim who fled the scene after a physical altercation with the suspect.
The suspect reportedly barricaded himself inside his residence with at least one firearm.
GCSO deputies and SWAT are responding to the scene. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
