LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Residents of a home on Tanforan Drive in Lexington were able to make it safely out of a house fire in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Lexington Fire Department told FOX 56 that just before 2:30 a.m. a call came in for a back porch fire on the 1300 block of Tanforan Drive.

A teen in the home was reportedly able to wake his mom up and get all 10 residents. five adults and five children, out of the house, per the LFD.

Authorities said no one was injured in the fire.
The American Red Cross is working with the displaced residents, according to a news release.
