ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – Asheville’s Tanger Outlets kick off efforts to get the community into the Halloween spirit after Helene with Boo Bash on Oct. 27. The event held on Brevard Road featured the Asheville Parks and Rec Department’s Rec n Roll van, filled with creepy activities and projects, including strolling magic and pumpkin crafts.
