Pace (Fla.) EDGE Tylon Lee has been committed to UCF since July . But, he has always kept his options open to make sure he is making the best decision for him. On Sunday, he took advantage of one of those options and chose to flip his commitment from UCF to Ole Miss.
“I could say so much stuff about Ole Miss,” Lee said. “What made me flip was it felt like home and I felt wanted and needed there. The community is supportive and they have a great coaching staff/manager. The bond that the players have with each other is like no other and it reminds me of the same bond I have with my team now down in Florida!”
The 6-foot-6, 261 pound prospect called the chance to play for Ole Miss a “once in a lifetime opportunity” when he spoke with OMSpirit Friday. The three-star prospect ultimately chose the Rebels and defensive line coach Randall Joyner over notable offers from Miami, Florida and Florida State.
He is the 468th overall prospect in the 2025 class. The On3 Industry Ranking lists him as the No. 38 EDGE recruit and Florida’s 61st-ranked senior.
