Around the same time, police said that a large group of “disorderly” teens were in the area of Navy Yard. Out of an abundance of caution, the New Jersey entrance was closed to maintain order at the Navy Yard Station.
The entrance re-opened about 30 minutes later, after the crowd dissipated. Police did not say the incidents were related.
