Broward pawn shop owner accused of dealing in stolen property

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A pawn shop owner in Broward County was arrested last week on accusations that he was dealing in stolen property at his business. According to jail records, Ronald Plavnicky, 58, owner of A-One Pawnbroker in Pompano Beach, was arrested Thursday on charges of dealing in stolen property and violating Florida’s Pawnbroking Act.
