TOWSON, Md. – An off-duty Maryland State Police trooper with nearly 20 years on the job was arrested for a suspected DUI after a crash early Saturday morning. Lt. Duane Hill was driving his personal car around 1 a.m. on I-83 when he hit another vehicle near Ruxton Road, according to police. State troopers responded and he was arrested for suspected impaired driving.
