A deadly car accident disrupted early morning traffic on the Palmetto Expressway yesterday, as a Honda sedan collided with a concrete barrier wall. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Southwest Eighth Street, resulting in the death of the driver. The identity of the deceased has not been made public at this time.
