POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 21-year-old Haines City man was arrested Sunday afternoon for reckless driving after performing donuts in a residential neighborhood in Poinciana. A Polk County Sheriff’s deputy observed Joshua Maldonado driving his black 2005 Infiniti Q45 in circles in the area of Dogwood Road and Violet Court around 3:28 p.m. Maldonado then proceeded to perform donuts in two intersections, prompting the deputy to conduct a traffic stop.
