TAMPA, Fla. – Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies arrested eight people after a six-month investigation into a group accused of drug trafficking. The investigation revolved around Alphonso Guice, 46, who is a seven-time convicted felon. Detectives said they became aware of an operation at a house on South 51st Street in Tampa involving large quantities of cannabinoids, fentanyl, methamphetamine and other controlled substances.
