COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The City of Colorado Springs is encouraging residents to sign up for text and email alerts by offering up a prize package to one lucky winner. On Monday, the City announced they are offering an “ultimate Olympic City USA Hometown Giveaway” to one person who signs up for the alerts.
