EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Henderson Humane Society and Henderson County Animal Control recently completed their first-ever exotic bird rescue. They say the rescue started with a call from the neighbor of the bird owner in late May, alerting animal control officers that the birds may need to be checked on.
