MON-5:18 PM: A system is expected to bring rain/snow to NE Wyoming and western South Dakota Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning. There are several winter weather bulletins posted, with the latest warnings posted for the Bighorn Mountains. A winter storm watch remains in place for the central and northern Black Hills, which will likely be upgraded to either a winter weather advisory or a winter storm warning in the next 8-12 hours.
