EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – El Paso Bishop Mark Seitz will hold a Rite of Committal for cremated remains on All Souls’ Day. Anyone who has cremated loved ones at home can participate in the event that will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery located at 401 S Zaragoza Road.
