KENTUCKY (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky voters can begin casting their ballots early this week as in-person, no-excuse early voting opens across the state on Thursday. According to state officials, early voting runs from Thursday, October 31, through Saturday, Nov. 2. In Fayette County, residents can vote at any of the public libraries over the three-day period, with polling hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
