CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – A new study ranks Tennessee as the10th deadliest state in the nation when it comes to crashes on Halloween. And with the holiday just around the corner, some Chattanooga residents sayit’s up to the adults to make sure this generation is able to trick-or-treat safely.
