Hundreds of North East kids in costume took over a local winery in search of candy.
Arrowhead Wine Cellars held its second annual “Grape Trail of Treats” Sunday evening.

About 20 North East businesses lined up to pass out candy and of course, fresh grape juice to all the little ghosts and goblins.
In addition to collecting candy, the kids also got to play with therapy dogs, get their pictures taken with real police officers and firefighters with the North East police and fire departments.

“The kids are usually a little shy at first but we give out stickers so we kind of meet them halfway the invite them over to the car once they get in the car it’s game on from there,” said Officer Jeff Orzechowski, North East Police Department.
The owners of Arrowhead Wine Cellars said they enjoy giving families a safe place to trick or treat and learn about Halloween safety.
