GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Gorman & Company has officially opened a new housing development in Green Bay, and it’s part of their mission to address housing needs in the state.
The Bay City Lofts celebrated a grand opening ceremony on Tuesday afternoon. The development features 48 mixed-income apartments with eight townhomes, which will benefit families and individuals.

40 units are income-restricted, specifically available to those with a household income between 30% and 60% of the median income in the area. Eight units are market rate with no income restrictions.

There are numerous amenities, from a community room to a fitness center and onsite offices for Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
