Farley reappeared at Acreage Library on Oct. 24, “shouting intimidating remarks about a Jewish candidate, frightening individuals from voting, and driving recklessly.”

Farley was arrested at his home and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Sunday. He was charged with voter intimidation and corruptly influencing voting.

“We will NOT tolerate this kind of behavior in our community,” a PBCSO Facebook post stated.
