An investigation into misspending allegations by the Oklahoma State Department of Education found no criminal activity, only miscommunication. The Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency looked into five areas of misspending allegations. The investigation began after school districts raised concerns about delays they saw in money expected from the federal government.
