Indianapolis doctor’s license suspended again after he was charged with 114 counts of violating medical practice

INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis doctor had his license suspended again after he was charged with 114 counts of violating laws regulating his medical practice and controlling substance prescribing. The Indiana Medical Licensing Board suspended Dr. Scott Mimms’ license for a minimum of two years on Thursday, Oct. 24.
