TODAY: Mostly Sunny & Warm. Hi 77.
TONIGHT: Partly Cloudy. Lo 53.
THURSDAY: Partly Cloudy, Breezy. Near Record Warmth. Hi 80. Winds: SW 5-15 mph.
Today and tomorrow will feature summer-like temperatures in the 70s and 80s! Today will be mostly sunny and pleasant this afternoon with highs in the upper 70s. Tonight will bring partly cloudy skies with lows in the lower 50s. Halloween will feature partly cloudy skies ahead of a cold front with temperatures soaring near 80°! The record for tomorrow is 81° so that will be something to track. There is a chance for a passing shower tomorrow night and early Friday from this front, but the rain amounts are likely negligible. In other words, don’t get your hopes up for meaningful rain. Friday afternoon will bring clearing skies with temperatures in the 70s.
The weekend stays dry as temperatures temporarily return to seasonable levels. Another warm-up is expected early next week. Election Day should be dry and warm, similar to the current weather pattern. If any meaningful rain pops up in the extended forecast, we’ll track it, but for now, it looks to stay dry in the long term. This will only enhance current drought concerns. Stay tuned.
