DENVER ( KDVR ) — Nearly half a foot of snow has already fallen in part of Colorado as a storm system moves across the state, and now it’s set up to bring some accumulation to the Front Range on Wednesday.

Wednesday is a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day due to light rain, snow and Denver’s first hard freeze of the season. While Pinpoint Weather Meteorologist Travis Michels doesn’t expect snow to accumulate in the Mile High City, other areas are expected to get up to half a foot.
