National Candy Corn Day – Oreo Candy Corn Bark – Only 4 Ingredients

Happy National Candy Corn Day! Candy corn tends to be a “love it” or “don’t love it” candy. If you happen to fall into the latter category, don’t fret. You can swap out the candy corn for another favorite candy, or simply leave out. This recipe is only 4 ingredients! This is what you’ll need to make a 9 x 9 pan:

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup candy corn

Place a glass bowl over a medium saucepan filled with about an inch of water, bringing the water to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl, stirring occasionally until melted. Be careful not to overheat, as this can cause the chocolate to seize.

Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment or wax paper, then pour half of the melted chocolate into the dish, spreading it evenly. Transfer to the freezer to let it harden. Keep the remaining chocolate over the warm water to stay melted.

In a food processor, pulse the Oreos and cream cheese until the cookies are broken down. Scrape the sides as needed and continue processing until smooth and fully combined.
