Michigan Coach Sherrone Moore Previews Showdown Against Oregon

The Wolverines secured a hard-fought victory on Saturday, narrowly defeating the Michigan State Spartans 24-17. While it was a welcome rebound after a two-game losing streak (Michigan fell to both the Washington Huskies 27-17 and the Illinois Fighting Illini 21-7), Wolverines fans shouldn’t get too excited. Michigan still allowed the Spartans to outperform them offensively, accumulating 87 more total yards. Meanwhile, MSU held the Wolverines to just four yards per carry, and Kalel Mullings to a measily 18 yards rushing on 13 attempts (an average of 1.4 yards per carry). The Wolverines will have to improve offensively if they have any chance of beating the Oregon Ducks this coming weekend.
