Westfield Man Charged with Stalking After Tracking Device Found in Vehicle

A Westfield man was taken into custody on a stalking charge after he allegedly put a tracking device in someone’s vehicle. State Police in Jamestown responded to a report of a possible stalking incident in the Town of Westfield on October 20th. Troopers say an investigation determined that a 28-year-old victim located a possible tracking device, which was found to be a Tracki Model TRKM110-T. The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation requested a subpoena, and the account details came back to 46-year-old Robert Spoon. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a charge of 4th-degree stalking, and a refrain-from order of protection was issued.
