The Montgomery County Police Department have announced the arrest of a Washington, D.C. man for a series of thefts at the Brooks Brothers store in Chevy Chase, where he stole merchandise from February 2023 to August 2024, leading to charges including a theft scheme amounting to between $25,000 and $100,000.
