MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – We ended up with much more rain that we originally expected from the storms that passed last night. Widespread showers and thunderstorms brought widespread precipitation, some gusty winds, but thankfully no “severe” weather. Here in Madison, by early this morning, we had nearly 2.5″ of rain, and that number is expected to grow a little bit more. Middleton picked up over 3″!
