Alabama public libraries bringing changes to parental controls

Alabama public libraries are now working to limit the content available to minors in order to continue receiving state funding. In July, the Alabama Public Library Service created a new material selection policy that gives parents control to decide what their children will have access to. Every public library in the state was tasked to decide how minors will be safeguarded from material they deem as inappropriate.
