More than 10,000 were without power in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — As rain moves through the Nashville area, thousands were affected by power outages Thursday afternoon.

According to the NES outage map, more than 10,000 customers with Nashville Electric Service (NES) are in the dark as of 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.

As of 4:45 p.m., that number had dropped to 2,090. At 5:30 p.m., NES listed over 3,500 customers without power.
