NEW ORLEANS – The round of morning showers will continue throughout Southeast Louisiana. Most will eventually come to an end by late morning or noon. We’ll see a brief moment of clearing. Then the pop-up showers and thunderstorms will fire up after 1 p.m. These will once again be very isolated, similar to Thursday. Expect hit or miss showers, possibly heavy at times. Minor street flooding may occur in some spots. Highs for today will be in the low to mid 80s.
