Suspect charged in fatal Green Bay stabbing over alleged unpaid debt pleads not guilty

GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Aaron Walton pleaded not guilty Friday to his alleged role in a murder during a dispute about drugs. Walton, 32, is charged with being party to the crime of first-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery for the June 3 incident which left Robert Marshall dead. No trial date was set. Walton returns to court Feb. 7 for a status conference, court records show.
