Tennesseans for Quality Early Education has awarded Kristi Morgan of Little Sprouts Learning Center in Alcoa with a Tennessee Early Educator Award.
The program “honors outstanding early childhood educators for their impact on the lives of Tennessee’s youngest learners,” the release said.
Morgan was one of 20 recipients across the state.
Morgan received a surprise visit to celebrate her win and $1,000 cash prize from TQEE. She will also receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Nashville, and a shopping spree at Lakeshore Learning.
