GRAHAM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly firing multiple shots into the air.
According to a media release from the Graham Police Department, on Oct. 31 at 11:27 p.m., officers responded to multiple calls regarding eight to 10 shots fired in the downtown area.
During the investigation, officers determined a disturbance occurred when a man went to his car, grabbed a handgun and began firing into the air.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
Sesar Sosa Jimenez-Aguilar, 25, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Possession of firearm by a convicted felon
- Discharge a firearm in the city limits
- Going armed to the terror of the people
- Injury to personal property
- Injury to real property and
- Simple assault
He was taken to the Alamance County Detention Center and held under a $30,000 secured bond.
